An article that I found that pertained to my topic on disability and video gaming was called, “Evolution in the Classroom: What Teachers Need to Know about the Video Game Generation,” by Elizabeth S. Simpson. This article addresses who plays video games, why video games are played, what role they play in education, and how education can be positively or negatively influenced based on gaming. I think this article is useful because it gets very down to the point in terms of today’s 3D virtual world and it addresses realistically that we are in the 21st century technology wise.
