This last article named, “Teaching Children with Autism to Play a Video Game Using Activity Schedules and Game- Embedded Simultaneous Video Modeling” once again addresses a study done on children with autism and their usage of video games as an outlet for learning and functioning. This particular study took the concept one step further by using one specific game, Guitar Hero, to help put forth their research and experiment. The study was to see if the researchers could teach children with autism to play Guitar Hero effectively based on a series of expectations and they wanted to test what outcome, if any, this would have for them.
