Research 4- “Gender and Games” Article

This short piece is by Liz Danforth was published in the Library Journal in August 2011, and points out how games are marketed with stereotypes. There was an interesting tidbit about how “guys are four times more likely to ‘gender bend’ than females in World of Warcraft.” It also ties into how gaming could be good for libraries, seeing how it is in the Library Journal, but I don’t think that part pertains very much to my research. There were a few interesting pieces in this article, though.
