Games Research 4

This article published in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology  explores the tolerance for sexual harassment by both males and females who are subjected to male and female video game characters.  Results concluded that even short term exposure to sexism in video games altered judgments about sexual harassment. While reading a scenario about a male professor harassing a female college student, males were more tolerant, while women’s tolerance decreased. This sort of juxtaposes my first research article, which I think will make for good discussion in my research paper.
